New Craft Stash Blog Hop Day 3 + MFT New Release

09:00

It's always an honour to be able to participate in blog hops and today is a "just for fun" one! Several ladies and I went through our stash to look for products we haven't used yet or techniques we haven't tried yet. I chose to work with new supplies from the My Favorite Things release that was released last night.

I created 4 random cards using several of the new items. All the cards are pretty quick and easy which is my main style.

For my first card, I used the Happy Birthday to You Stamp to create this fun sentiment. I used several of the small stars to randomly stamp all over. I felt the black needed to pop more so I added in the little dots with a Copic Multiliner pen.

This stamp is the Painted Prints stamp and has some gorgeous layering stamps that look as if they were watercolored. One of my favourite things to do with flower stamps is to stamp there in the centre of a card. It makes a beautiful card every time! I topped off the card with the With Sympathy sentiment from Brushtroke Expressions.

This card is super fun! The new stamp, Queen for a Day, is a perfect coordinating stamp for the Crown die. There are endless sentiments for so many occasions!

This final card is another easy one, I decided to die cut the Happy Birthday Balloon Trio Die into cardstock and then I foiled a Toner Sheet with Summer Rainbow Foils to place behind the die cut.

There are several prizes to be won along the way. Please leave a comment at each blog in order to be entered into the prize drawing. Winners will be drawn July 23rd on Ingrid's Blog.
