AAA Card Challenge #77: Thankful

02:00

Hi Crafters,
today over at the AAA Card Challenge we are celebrating being Thankful. Since the American Thanksgiving season is approaching and in general, being thankful is a wonderful feeling, I made this card inspired by the challenge. I hope to see you all playing along over the next two weeks. Our sponsor this week is Happy Little Stampers! I am also going to begin designing for them in the near future which is super exciting!

For these two cards, I began with a white piece of cardstock that measures 4 x 5 1/4 inches. I inked up my background using the same colours and method shown in this video (which is why I didn't make a video tutorial today). Then I simply stamped the leaves from the Lace Leaf stamp from Concord and 9th on the background using black ink and cut them out. I arranged them on some white card bases and stamped the sentiments. I topped them off with some embellishments from Nuvo. Very simple but a stunning combination!
