You can watch me create my card in the video tutorial and if you stick around to the very end of the video, you can see all the products up close. Here is a graphic to help you see what comes in this amazing kit! Isn't that Rhino Swimmer just adorable?!? I definitely have to say I've created five cards already out of this kit in just a couple days!

  • mini stamp set:
  • die (palm tree that can double as a flower)
  • 2 sheets of Alphabet stickers (colors: lemon juice & raspberry)
  • An exclusive sequin-mix by Pretty Pink Posh, including droplets.
  • Enamel Stickers
  • 12 sheets of patterned cardstock (5.8“ x 5.8“)
  • A 6“x6“ stencil with a waves-design

For more inspiration, just follow the video hop! At the end of each video you will be linked to the next designer's video so you will have a ton of inspiration for the what to do with the kit when it arrives.

  9. A fantastic card Justine. I love how you cut the 1/2" strips for the diagonal background piece. Truly a great way to use up scraps of patterned paper.

  10. Just purchased 2 create a smile kits! My first products from them! Love you new pattern paper by using scraps the the way you die cut a stitched a rectangle from it. The clear droplets draw a line to the sentiment and flower. Great tip! Didn't realize stamping the sentiment twice with fog ink would give a darker image. I can totally see using a layout similar for a clear and sheer card from online card classes.

  11. Justine, I love the idea of using various papers to make a fun and simple eye catcher :) I am always amazed when I watch blog hops because I learn so many new and fun ideas. Your card is great. Thanks for sharing :)

  12. Thanks to all the designers for a great video blog hop!!!
I learned a little something from each one listed below:

    1. Christine- Washi tape guideline for pop up card... Heat gun to remove washi tape. The vellum tip to mute the background. I'm going to make that pop up card!

    2. Amy- Leaving the die cut in the paper to water color. Use a transparency to hold alpha stickers for easy placement. AWESOME!

    3. Marika- when coloring in add "dots" to give Rhino some texture. Adhesive before die cutting. And hiding the trunk by "double" die cutting it with palm die. She also used the transparency trick for her alpha stickers.

    4. Laura - press n seal!!! Cool! She does the alphas with a ruler!

    5. Francine- like the 2nd gen stamping to lighten the color.

    6. Kelly- Misti tip for avoiding multi level stamping look.

    7. Birka- I was very inspired by her popup card. First time I ever saw that in the making.

    8. Vicky- dimensional tricks for the palm tree.

    9. Justine- I totally liked the patterned paper strips idea!!!!

My favorite piece in the kit is the palm tree die (of course). Oh how I want one!!!!

Thanks for the opportunity to win a kit.

This was a fun and inspiring hop!
